(2) Can you tell me how many party members in CNP and its main objectives?
Pu Zam Cin Pau: Hopefully more than enough! CNP's main Objectives-
(a ) In the past, as the Chin people played crucial role for the preservation of our Union Independence and sovereign power especially in 1948, now is the time to create a platform for qualified new generation Chin leaders so that they can take responsibility with leading role in the Union as a whole in future Myanmar political leadership.
(b)To organize and patriotic Chin youths and mentor them to become solid new generation leaders, who can manage properly the Union in political, economics, social, education, health sectors, etc...
(c )To buildup the Nation with federal democratic states.

(3) Is there any special reason that made you to compete in this year election?
Pu Zam Cin Pau: We have special reasons....Of course- I'm really concerned for the 1947 and 2008 constitution and about the articles Numbers 361, 362, etc.... Please be informed that.

(4) Do you believe 2010 Myanmar’s election will be fair and free?
Pu Zam Cin Pau: Fair and Free? P/s ask the Election Commission! Okay!? I think only "God" can answer your question! The outcome of the election will give us the answer.

(5) May I know your party’s stance and its expectation in this year election?
Pu Zam Cin Pau: We will strongly stand on our principles; we expect we could form the Chin State government in this election.

(6) In which areas your party plans to do campaign?
Pu Zam Cin Pau:We consider and plan to do Campaign in all townships of Chin State.

(7) Do you think that there may be a strong competition between your party and Chin Progress Party? If so, what type of competition you may have?
Pu Zam Cin Pau: With CPP, we are not rivals; we are friends and hope to supplement each other. So that we may not have strong competition. We all are only willing to work for the betterment of the Chin people.

(8) How will you find Fund for your party’s campaign?
Pu Zam Cin Pau: Fund! This is very very important, we don't have enough money for campaign. May be you all can help. We do need your ( Chin's ) helping hands for money, materials and spiritual moral support and so on. Even a kyat a person is welcomed.

(9) Do you think that your party will win in this year election?
Pu Zam Cin Pau: Of course, CNP will win in the election!

(10)If your party wins in Chin State, what are the things you plan to work for Chin State?
Pu Zam Cin Pau: If the CNP wins in Chin State ----- We have many special plans and projects for Chin State. For examples, we will have to plan a lot of reformation for Chin Land- in agro-based technology, marketing research, creation of markets through free border trade especially with India- which has the second largest population in the world. We will encourage privatization in Health and Education sectors. We will create smokeless industry and factory by implementing mountain resort centers where tourist both the domestic and foreign, can come, learn and enjoy the Chinland natural beauty both flora and fauna and the rich and diverse customs and cultures. At the same time, building, upgrading and maintenance of infrastructures such as all weather good highway, inter-village road, green electricity and other communication such as telephone, internet, etc...

(11)Do you think that working with Myanmar Military Government may be more possible to achieve Democracy and Federalism in Myanmar( Burma) rather than working with opposite parties.
Pu Zam Cin Pau: I'm not so clear about your question. Anyhow... I'm sure the next government will not be pure military. To achieve Democracy and Federalism in Burma, there must be much “smart” opposition. I would like to mention all of the existing ones, need to be matured, be smarter than before. We hope for the best that we could work together for the Chins with opposition parties also. I feel that minority needs were never considered and there are not fully understood by the big brother. Parliament should be the forum where minority needs are put up and discuss and make binding agreement.

(12) Can you send a short message to International Chin Community?
Pu Zam Cin Pau: Hi- beloved Chins! Please be informed that we are really concerned for this ethnic people and formed the CNP. Party for ALL CHINS both near and far. So CNP is your party, Chins are your people. Chin land is your land and it is our duty to take Responsibility! So may God bless All Chins. Okay!

(13) Thank you, Pu Zam Cin Pau. Good luck!
